it's pain in the ass to do it perfectly :D
roof and hood looks very flat and glossy but sides screwed

I made lot of mistakes on this model: steering mechanism broken,
too much glue on the disk brake (wheel do not rotate),
black window frames looks rough... but that was my first model
btw my wife did bottom of the car and some suspension details

much much better then one of my eairlier models which i hand painted as well.. haha.. they look like they got into a bad accident :bloated:

What's the secret behind a good hand painted finish then?
I guess you can polish it like any other finish?
