I was wondering if turboing a D15B7 is good (fast) and how many psi can i run safely?... i heard it at the track that turboing my engine runs harder then a D16 Non-Vtec because of higher compression.

Check d-series.org out..all guys who are into D-series work, they even have a forced induction forum. Or, go to homemadeturbo.com, and go to "projects", they have a lot of D-series homemade turbo setups.
It's not a bad project, but the D-series bottom end is weak, so if you want to go past say, 6-8 psi, I'd build it up a bit. With proper engine management, I have heard of people hitting about 8 psi on stock internals, but I personally would not turbo my d-series at ALL without building up the bottom end. Anyways, check those sites out, they have good information.

IMO I would go with a motor swap and I know that it is always said "do a swap". And I know that some people like to be different. And yes you can turbocharge the d series but how long it will last is going to lie in the tunning, install, maintance , and how you abuse it. Mrock is right you would be best off building the internals up alittle to take the extra beating that the turbo is going to dish out :2cents:
