Wheels scrape wheel well during turns???

When i am making a left turn my right wheels scrape the wheel wells. They are my stock wheels cuz i changed em back for winter. I dont have any suspension mods yet.

I was wondering if when i get a new suspension it would fix the problem. I plan on lowering my car .7 inches with nuespeed sofsport springs and also have some koni red's on there. Do you think the stiffer suspension would help with my problem???? Has anybody else ever had this problem????
