9007 HID Conversion Kits

Alright, does anyone know where i can get a set of 9007 Hid Conversion kits? for maybe say under $400 bucks, im finding a lot for $499, but i know there has to be some somewhere for less.
anyone know of groups buys, anyone want to try and get one going??

i want the 4000k no brighter cause they are way to bright then, 4000k is perfect, and you dont get some blue or purple look to them, i want them WHITE.

dam $400??? i got mines for $200, but then again you out in va. over here they sell them cheap as for getting a pair of 4000k hid's its gonna be hard no one stocks them no more everyone wants them brighter. the brighter the better good luck if you was out here in ny i would of been able to lend a helping hand.
