you no how they have like covers that cover over honda civic headlights....and preludes that go down at like an angle.......to give it the appearance it looks mean.........they call them eye brows....search it on the net and you will see what i mean.....hard to explain

hmmm... now I know what you're talking about, but I haven't ever seen any on a 3000 nor have I seen them advertized anyplace.
