trouble

I have an 1992 Buick Regal with an 3.1L engine. the problem I have is that it smells like rotten eggs and raw fuel. On the highway it runs fine, but when I step on the gas to pick up the speed it surge and cut out. So i replaced the plugs and wire with no luck, I put a scanner on the car with no trouble codes found. I am lost and hope you can help

Catalytic Converter.....try removing that and replacing it with a "test pipe".
