Ah, right you are. I saw a Cerbera 4.5 online for some ridiculous sum of money, and it worked out to 80k pounds. I found a nice 4.2 for 23k with only 50k km on it. British Racing Green. I just love that car. I can't put it on my list, because I couldn't find one other car to compare it to.

i'd need something that doesn't hurt the back for the longer drives thats the only reason why, but you can replace that with a [list=1]
1969 Doge Dart w/ 426 Hemi (for the true staight line runs)

04-09-2002, 04:13 PM
Yes, the daily driver. The best daily driver I have seen is the new Mercedes SL500. As an editor for Sports Car International put it "A while ago I stated the Lamborghini Murcielago was the best mid engined car I had driven, the new SL500 is the finest car I have ever driven.

It's heavy, but it's still fast, handles great, and is really comfy.

I must say, although I am not a Chrysler guy(understatement) the Hemi Dart is a very nice machine. 2200lbs 550hp. Wanna race? :D

My Dart has a 318. Maybe someday, it'll get a stroker 360... maybe.

04-29-2002, 12:17 AM
Ah the COPO ZL-1.. . I could go for one of those. Saw one go at an auction for a $125,000. I said, "that camaro just sold for 125k!" They said "It's a COPO". I said, "that camaro just sold for 125k!" They said, "ZL-1".

That wing looks tacky, and out of place...

07-12-2002, 08:53 AM
The whole car looks tacky IMO.. Very much OTT

07-12-2002, 06:49 PM
It should be black, too. Black is a great colour for understating a cars appearance. Notice how ricers never have black cars?

I don't think it looks that bad, aside from the wing and the doors. Just looks like a basic body styling kit, and from Hamann, I bet it affects the aerodynamics well. It should have lots of downforce.

I was reading in a R&T about Hamann. The chief road test editor was in Germany testing a Techart 996 TT, and he happened to be in Hamanns neck of the woods, so he dropped by for an impromptu photo shoot and visit. They had a Z8, and Ferrari 360 Modena. The Modena had been riced a little bit, but the Z8 was nice...
