1993 240sx

Help, I'm trying to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge and have determined that the best way might be to rig up an oil filter relocation kit. Then I discover that there is an adapter plate "someone, somewhere" makes that fits over the filter mount and has an orifice in which to secure the pressure fittings. The oil filter then spins onto that adapter.

Does anyone know the specs (dimensions) of the filter mount on the side of the engine. Also, I am open to alternative ideas for hooking up the oil pressure gauge.

that sounds like your best bet to hook up the gauge.
