Can I migrate parts off of this wonderful engine and meld them to our wonderful engine? (i.e. pistons, fuel injectors, turbo and the like)

Not much point if you ask me. The SR20 has it's own aftermarket that's really good.

Swap in a SR20DET or just use parts from one on your SR20DE. It doesnt take much to turbo a G20. Unless you own a 2000+ with a slush box like me. Damnit!!!

why cant you put a turbo into the 2000+ but you can in the 99?

Actually it's the same with the 2000+ there is no affordable plug and play ECU available. You can probably make a 96 ECU work but I can only confirm that this will work on the 99 G.
