Geo Motor Swap

Hey, I am thinking about get a Geo Metro to make into a Sleeper... anyway i was wondering if a 3.1 Multi Port will fit in the engine bay of a Geo... I know i will have to probably make mounts and shit, I just need to know if the actual dimensions of a 3.1 will fit into the engine bay?

Also, what about other GM 4 bangers, like a Quad 4?

Consider the Swift GTI 16V engine. It's been done before and the Metro is a Suzuki anyway.

The 3.1L will fit, but you'll spend a lot of money in just getting it to work in there. The 3.1 is only 170hp also. If you put in a Suzuki Swift GTi motor, it weighs 1/3 of what the 3.1 does, you can turn 200+hp out of it with a small turbo, and it's a direct bolt in :)
