Best Car you've ever driven?

It pains me to say it, but the best car I've ever driven was not a Honda :(
I've been lucky enough to have driven quite a few performance cars and IMO the M3 has to be top of the list, followed closely by an Impreza STi version R. I'm tring to get a shot in a EVO VII at the moment - so that may change my mind :D

Not fair :( The only cars other than a honda I've driven are a BMW 318i, Jaguar XJ8 and an opel astra. Wouldn't mind a shot in the new M3, Skyline, Imprezza WRX, EVO VII, Viper or a 360 Modena. I'd pretty much settle for anything with more power than mine :D

wow, that's some pretty cool cars you've driven, the fastest car I've ever driven is a Audi A4 2.5 TDI...yep a diesel, but a hell of a lot faster than my Civic, 150hp and 330Nm torque. A few years ago I drove with someone in a Ferrari 308 GTSi QV but I sat in the passenger seat so that doesn't count I guess :)

The best car that I've ever driven is still my Honda, but this is because the competition isn't that great. I drove a Suzuki Alto '85 automatic :rolleyes: , a Merc C180 (drives like :rocket: :zx11pisse, really sucks) a Impreza GL and an Citroën Xsara (drives great actuelly, but still can't beat the Civic). The car in wich I've been a passenger were a Toyota MR2, Lotus Elise and a Toyota Celica Turbo, but like bracer said this doesn't count...

Yea, but I've ONLY driven them - it'll be along time before I can afford one (never mind the insurance) :(
Passenger in a Ferrari - that's pretty cool :cool: - even if I knew someone with a Ferrari, I doubt they would give me a shot :smoker2:

I've ever driven a subaru impreza gt turbo (don't know the exact name, but it was the fastest one), it was fast, I drove 240 with the car (I am very proud of that so i have to say it :) ). It drove fine, cornering was real good, but it didn't feel that good when accalerating, I felt the power but no nice turbo boost shock. My civic coupe 1.5 vtec felt more turbo like, i really mean it.
a golf vr6 is nice 2 I must say. A friend of mine had one, he has now a 320, never driven in those cars myself (he don't want his friends to drive his car... nice guy he?)

Yesterday I drove the new 3.0 Audi A4 quattro of my father! It´s definetly the best car I´ve ever driven. It has won a car-price too over here.

Has anyone ever droven a honda lawn mower? My dad bought one last month. cornering isn't that good :D, but it's fun! With the previous lawn mower i could spin the wheels :D.

a golf vr6 is nice 2 I must say

I wasn't that impressed with a VR6 - I thought the handling wasn't up to that much (or maybe I was pushing it)

I have to say, one car that really surprised me was the V70 T5 - too ugly for me - but apart from that - very impressive :smoka:

About two weeks ago a friend of mine borrowed one of these new BMW 325ti compacts (I was only the co-driver!:( ). Oh my god, was this thing fast!! Suspension was great, too (it had a "sport-package" on). And all the luxury stuff,.....really nice. But still too expensive for me! But he´s thinking about buying one of these babies: a new Audi S3, a Honda S2000, a BMW 3.0l Z3 Coupe or an Audi TT quattro convertible! Though choice, isn´t it? I told him to buy a S2000 of course!;)

Another car I would loooove to drive is a TVR Chimaera. Pure animal power. No traction control, ABS, all down to the drivers ability.

A "friend" (don´t know him that good) of mine has ordered a TVR Tuscan but with the "small" engine and he already owns a motorsport Elise. His girlfriend is an old friend of mine so maybe I should ask her if he will drive around with me with on of these cars once.:D

For me it must be my Honda Civic
Before that I had a '88 Ford Fiesta 1.1 :(
That was really shitty to drive in

And besides my Honda I hav driven a VW Golf IV TDI (2 red letters)
You can really feel that car pull when you step on the gas.

What don't you like about it? I dunno.....!? We have a really big VW-scene (the biggest I would guess) over here and when you would see their meetings you would know why I don´t like them. Most of the modified cars look like shit IMO and their drivers think that they are super cool and invincible with their ugly boxes. And they talk a lot of shit about asian and other import cars. It´s not that I don´t like them all, it´s just a "small" group. And it´s the same with the Opel/ Vauxhall drivers. But that´s another story....:D
I don´t have to like VW just because it´s a german brand. :licker: Actually I think that the only really nice car they´ve ever built is the Corrado and maybe the old Beetle (Käfer). I like Audi and BMW very much. They have got some great cars!

And just the other day I was challenged by 2 guys in a Opel Kadett GSI 2.0
First they asked how fast my Civic could go, and then if I would be intersted in a little race of some sort
I did not exept the challenge because I think they are not worthy
If you guys could see how the there car was looking
Rust all over and verry dirty rims :D

But later I was kinda curious how I would do against a 2.0 GSI ;)
Anybody got a idea how much HP a GSI has???

Anybody got a idea how much HP a GSI has??? A 2.0 GSI should have 150hp. According to the Evo magazine it needs 7.2 seconds from 0-100km/h and top-speed is about 220 km/h. But You have to be a damn good driver to get these numbers I´d guess!
I can´t wait to get my Teg to beat all these shitty GTis and VR6es!:finger:

challenged them earlier that week and that he could not beat them to

A civic VTEC could have had 115hp (1.5l), 125hp (1.6l) or 160hp (VTi). So if he was challenged by a 1.5l I believe the GSI beat the Civic.

I know what you mean by these Kadets GSI's. Their are a few driving around here to. Complete black window tint, look like they just drove a ralley (mud all over the car) and the plastic look:rolleyes: . I don't know why this is, but everything I see a Kadet GSI, the spoilers loke like cheap plastic parts...

Don't forget the 4th gen VT, 150hp ;)
150hp is for the GSI 16V version, according to AutoWeek it does 0-100kmh in 8.0sec, I don't know if that's right though.
there's also the 8V version, the old ones without cat have 129hp and the newer ones have 116hp.
Any Civic VTEC should be able to kill the last one :)

They are all dirty and cheap looking. Maybe it´s like that because Opels are actually cheap cars IMO! :D The GTi will beat all Civics except the VTis!!

Any Civic VTEC should be able to kill the last one :) I´ve read somewhere that they are faster! Something about 7,5 to 7,8 seconds from o-100km/h.
