Dumb Question

I am thinking about doin a engine swap from a 92-95 civic ex sohc vtec. But my question is what motor is this? I think it is a B16a1 but not sure help me out *in the process of having a brain fart*

Where do the B16a1 and B16a2's come from?

b16a1 - 90-91 Honda civic sir in japan and 90-91 1.6 vt in europe and also the Integra Xsi in japan

b16a2 - 99-00 civic si in us

B16A was the Si-R engine. Wasn't the B16A2 the SiRII engine? I think B16A3 was the Del Sol VTEC one. B16B was the Civic Type-R engine. I'm really not sure about the 99-00 Si one.

b16a = 90-91 CRX SiR JDM
b16a2 = 99-00 Civic Si USDM
b16a3 = 94-95 Del Sol Vtec USDM
b16b = 96-00(?) Civic SiR JDM

B16A = SIRI and SIR II
B16A3 = 94-95 del sol VTEC (OBD1)
B16A2 = 99-00 civic si & 96+ del sol VTEC (OBDII)
