Passenger Side Mirror Installation
remedy

Hey all, I'm new to the forum! 2 part question....
Long story short, I parked at a mall and came back find that someone knocked off my passenger side mirror, not only didnt they leave a note, but they took the mirror too! ANYWAY, I'm going to an autowrecker place this weekend to salvage a new one, I'm just not sure how the mirror is actually connected to the car and how to remove/install it. Btw, its a manual mirror, not powered. I believe there's a screw from the inside panel. I've been quoted about $400 to fix this, and I'm almost certain I can do this myself. Any ideas?
Also, my gauge lights all of sudden have dimmed up drastically. There is still a slight red display, but not enough to see my gauge clearly at night. Fuse problem?

On mines, you just remove the plastic cover from the inside....then the 3 screws......disconnect the harness......and your'e done. Installation is the reverse.

have you tried the dimmer switch? It gets accidentally hit from time to time.
