2wire vs 3 wire help!!

well here is the problem. i did a 5spd conversion and am now running into the iacv problem. I got a 5spd intake mani and tb but the automatic has 3 wire and the manual has 2 wire. I need to know what i have to do with the 3 wire to make it attach to the 2 wire on the iacv. I will go to the junkyard and get the clip and the 2 wire part going into the iacv on the 5spd iacv. I need to know then how to attach the 3 wire to the 2 wire clip which will then go into the 2 wire iacv inlet. please help me ..
