reliability over 100K

just wondering how well an e36 m3 would hold up after 100k miles? looking at one closeby with 140k on it for 10k wondering if this seems alright. also Im not the kind who has money fallin out my arse, but as long as its reasonable maintenance, ill be alright. and please no comparisons to honduh reliability, they arent REAL cars!

BMWs are incredibly reliable cars... but there is always the potential for a problem. If you're seriously considering the car, take it by a certified service center for a leakdown test and a compression test. If they come up ok, the engine should be fine.
