94 Explorer - Replacing Factory Speakers

Dear fellow Explorers:

Can anyone point me to some information on how I might go about replacing the front and rear factory speakers for my 94 explorer.

I do see the two screws near the door handle - and i have taken the time to unscrew those - yet the door panel didn't seem to budge very much at all. It may pop right off after those two screws are removed but I sure didn't want to force anything and then end up having to replace the broken parts.

Any how-to info or first hand experience in replacing your factory speakers would be greatly appreciated.
