Failed Smog

I failed my smog test this morning, i was too high in the NOx. Anybody have any ideas of what could make my NOx too high?

mine didnt pass cause of that, i replaced the cat and it passed good. i can get u a cat installed in modesto for $80 :biggrin:

Replace the cat:) My b16a was high on the NOx and I replaced the cat and it passed no problem.

if you do get a new cat let us know if it passes

I paid $200 shortly after i got my car to get it replaced! Damn i wish i was on these forums back then i wouldnt have gotten ripped off!

If i get to to pass smog before the end of next week, i woulda been coming up next friday/weekend (24-25th) cause i have an inventory to do on sunday the 26th but if you guys wanted to do it as a three day thing it'll have to be nov 1-3.

if i cant get it to pass before the end of next week, im gonna roll up anyway, 24-25 to at least pick up that stuff so when i do get it smogged i can still swap.
