in the Renault main menu would be helpful...
...to find international MATRA AVANTIME owners and friends easier! :))
In Germany we're already a private and small, but busy community of Avantime owners. Unfortunately I can refer only one single English spoken link, the other links are German spoken (written). The links are not commercial in any aspect:
English:
www.renault-space-car.de
go to FORUM an choose AVANTIME
or directly paste:
http://renault-space-car.de/tinc?key=BIXCco9C&start=0
German:
www.espace-freunde
use the search engine by typing AVANTIME as keyword
**
www.avantime.org
pics of a blue 3.0 Privilège
**
http://www.andre-citroen-club.de/forum/showtopic.php?threadid=6041
Careful! a huge thread by size!
**
And finally a link to pics which I took this summer at the espace-freunde meeting. The darkest Avantime in the pics was my former Diesel Coupéspace. Now I drive a 3.0 Privilège, same colour.

Have fun with the links and I look forward for your feedback in this thread!

I never spoke so much German... :D certainly not well !
A Slovenian has an Avantime, same as yours on this forum : a V6 Privilège : http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=72558
Nice car the Avantime, what a pity that Matra stopped to make this car. It was too conceptual I think. Plus, it appeared in same time as the Vel Satis and Espace IV (two expensive Renaults = intern competition). Though, I like this car a lot and would be happy to have one some day...

Hi Stefanel,
sorry to come back here so late. Your German is more than alright. I understand every single word... :)
The Community of German Avantime drivers is growing! Since shortly we even host a French Avantimer, because he doesn't find contact with other owners in France. The same with someone from Manchester.
This luxurious spacious, comfortable, flexible and damned safe & fast car is simply wonderful! I think the value of this unique and rare Coupéspace will rise in future. And perhaps this forum will once have an own MATRA-, i.e. Avantime-section. :)
Greetings
Holger

Alas, Matra is not going to re-make cars, Pininfarina just re bought Matra and Matra will keep just engeneering activities.
