Found my new project, progress will be in this thread. 1963 Impala Lowrider

I can't take the photos until this afternoon, I got to leave for school soon. The interior is painted Tamiya flat red, but it turned out satin-looking. I'm felting all of it, the boot, the floor and bottoms of the doors and the parcel shelf, with black felt. 4 Pump 8 Batteries in the boot, triple gold 13" wires with whitewalls and gold spinners. Gold trim all 'round, I'm thinking about using this stick on vinyl I have as a BMF for the window trims etc, might be too thick but. Completely laid frame on the ground stance. Body will be a dark metallic red to sort of contrast from the paint. The roof is either going to be a red vinyl looking item or either white or silver with some lowrider patterns on it, suggestions?
I'm finally going to hook some of the red LEDs I have up in the boot and on the undercarriage. Just got to find a place to put the battery and some wires to use, does anyone know a thread with a how-to wire up LEDs in a model? Or could somebody tell me how if they have done it before? Thanks for looking, pictures will get on within 12 hours :)

this car is like what i want to do. although i want the blue color to be slightly darker then that.

does anybody know how i can paint the top white and the body blue without screwing this up?

ive never done this b4, just painted things solid.

thanks :)

Tape. Works for me... It's a lot easier and you'll be much calmer if you do the whole body blue...

From person experience.

You mean 3 wheel it? Nice

Sorry I'll get those pictures up soon, I haven't done much though, only just painted the interior red and started laying on the felt.
