Trueno Pickup?

I was sitting here at 1:30AM and i thought to myself:

i've seen 2 or 3 silvia pickups i wonder why no one has done a trueno or levin pickup

So i decided to myself, why don't I make one, so here is the basic idea:
Take a trueno with flip up lights, chop the back into a pickup, maybe a lil widebody :evillol: i am not sure exactly what yet, i did this in paintshop pretty quick to see what it would look like if it where a pickup, not necessarily the one i would make but one none the less, so i added wheels and made it a pickup! here are my ideas which are not necessarily reflected in the photo: pickup,big friggin lip,wheels?i duno yet?, color who knows?, faded tint back window, WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK??? :naughty: :rolleyes: :iceslolan

Anyways, I saw a picture of it done to a real car, though it had it's roof totally removed.

FYI, I thought it was a completed car on my first glance..

I think a Levin would make a better pickup; I would like to see if someone can do it! I thought the photoshop was real at first, too.

I don't think I could do it to a trueno/levin, unless someone gave me the kit. I just couldn't bring myself to do it, seeing as I drive one.

Those do look pretty cool, but I could do without the fender flares on the black one.

Wow, now that this thread is revived i really wanna build one, maybe over xmas break along with my 4 other projects...

the black one needs some work, it'd be cooler without the flares and the cloth covering the back

I think I prefer Justin's idea...it would look most cool IMO. Not to keen on them with chopped tops..they don't really suit it at all.
