Drag Strip in South Central PA

I was just curious if there were any street racers in the south central PA area in this forum. And if there were what they would think about a drag strip intended strictly for the use of imports, and domestics, geared toward the tuner scene. I anm trying to gather ground support to make this a reality because frankly i seen too many friends fall victim to the illegal street racing by way of accidents and fines by police and such.
