I'm an easy 5'9" like FTO... And I'm curious. Well, how tall are you? :D

my goal...yes i had a goal for my height even if i couldn't control it, was to be 5"5, but i have fallen sort by one inch. So, i am 5"4......:)

I am 5' 3" :)

5'8" with shoes....yeah I like those chunky-soled shoes hehe :D

I have a terrible time finding non-clunky shoes so that I'm not a monster of 6' tall! *lol* Although I do have boots that have 3" heels so that I am supertall! :D

I always wear high heels (either boots or shoes). I’ve worn them for so long now that my arches have stretched and it’s uncomfortable for me to wear anything but heels. They call me an Amazon at work cos I’m so damn tall! :p

It used to be cool because I was taller than everyone in high school, but now I'm the shorty in the group. :(
My best friend is 6'0, and all of our guy friends are 6'1 and up :eek:
It's so funny too b/c we all drive little rice rockets, and when we get out of our cars, it's like geez, how do they fit? lol:D

5'5" - and my younger sister who's 5'1" has bigger feet than me. Supposedly she's going to be taller than me, but it hasn't happened yet.

haha :D I have the same thing in my family, my younger sister is 2 inches shorter than me and she wears shoes 2 sizes bigger, and everyone says she's gonna be taller, but I don't think its gonna happen :rolleyes:

DEFINATELY can't trust shoe size all the time. I am an EASY 5'9", and another VERY EASY 5'10" with shoes on, and I only wear an 8.5 shoe. :o That's a UK size 7, FR size 40 2/3, and JP size 255. For how tall I am, I pretty much have midget feet. :p

5'9" here, and I know what you mean about pants tangie. It sounds wierd, but go to some of the online dancer retail pages, and they make their pants really long. Not jeans or anything, but you can get cargo's and stuff there that actually fit. I get called shorty all the time by hubby, 'cause he's 6'6", YAY, I can wear heels!!

I'm 5' 11", I'm 6'2" with a nice comfortable pair of heels, lol, I rarely wear them. I feel like a giant to most people, I'm like 3 inches taller than my dad, and 9 inches taller than my mom, lol. Good thing my husband is 6'3" and most of my friends are 5'9"-6'4"ish (not all of them are female!). It's a pain to find pants that aren't highwaters! Maybe that's why I'm a capri and skirt kinda gal, lol.

I'm 5'4......im happy with that but I would be happier being like 5'7 :smile:

When you are with your friends, do you sometimes feel awkward b/c your friends are taller/shorter than you? One friend of mine, she's 4'11" and sometimes I just have to laugh when she's talking to me, but most of my friends are near my height, so it really doesn't bother me

GAP lets you special order jeans and other pants online in 36" inseam. I only wear a 34" inseam, so I can find talls in a few stores that aren't floods.

As for feeling weird around others... the guy I'm dating right now is just a SHADE taller than me, and when I wear my big, clunky summer sandals I stand a SHADE taller than him. I don't know why, but even though I'm used to being taller than guys it makes me feel funny this time. :bloated:

I know what you mean, I'm 5'8", and my nephew's girlfriend is 4'11", I feel kinda weird going to the store with her, because, I feel like I'm some huge monster walking next to her.

I ran into a friends chandelier today.... damn those low hanging lamps lol

Your lucky that your husband is 6'3", I alway's have the guy's that are about 5'5" or 5'6" that want to go out with me. :wtf: LOL

My ex-husband was 5'7", I guess it's ok, my mom was about 2-3 inches taller than my dad. :dunno:

I can't tell you the number of guys I've dated who are VERY close if not shorter than me. :redface: It gets a lil old, ya know? :( The guy I'm with now is shorter than me if I wear any of my "trendy" summer sandals. I guess I'm wearing Birkenstocks all summer. :p

I'm so used to being taller than some people, all I wear are Sketchers tennis shoes and casual shoes, I only wear heels when I go to dinner or some other special occasion, and if I do.. they are no more than 3 inches.... my husband likes it that I'm closer than his height, the girl he dated before was 5'1" lol... I never been with a shorter man... I think it would drive me crazy lol

Actually, a few years ago, I went out with this guy that looked like Joe Pesce, and we use to have alot of fun with it. He use to wear his "Joe Pesce" hat, when we went out, and I would get all dressed up. It was a pisser. He was about 3" shorter than me. But, we alway's had a good time together, in the end, it just didn't work out for us. :rolleyes:
