Severity got me thinking(another tire question)

my 94 DX has 13inch wheels. I kind of forget, but I think I have 165 70 13s on it. Anyway, the point is. If I were to get a 14 inch wheel, how smaller of a tire should I get to compensate for that one inch so my speedometer will remain accurate.

For 14s you need 185/65x14".
