I recently bought a panasonic deck off this guy, its a 45 W x 4 Channels. My stock wiring harness was cut, and I need some help finding out how to fix it so I can plug all my stock speakers into the back of the panasonic deck so they will work. Cause right now I only have the rear two working cause I ran a wire up the passenger side. Any suggestions? (I think I may have to buy a harness of some sort?)

The wiring code the other guy posted is what you can work off of.
You can go to a junkyard, cut the wiring harness from the car, splice that to your cut wires, get a wiring harness that will work between your deck and the car's harness and connect them. Or, you can just splice and wire directly between the wires. The harness just lets installation become easy. In your case, you will have to splice and solder either way. Crimping connectors will make it easier so you don't have to solder in a cramped area.
