I have a 1992 325I . . . The motor went on it and I purchased a used motor. I have the new motor in the car and I can't get it to start. I tested for any kind of spark and I have intermitten spark. The car will start to run then die. . . can anybody point me in the right direction to go from here . . . .

I've checked the crank sensor and it's working ok. . . .
