headlight difficulties

I just installed the APC wiring harness with APC Xenon Super Whites, and I'm having a little problem. The low beams turn on just fine, but when I try to turn on the high beams I hear the relays click, and when I turn the low beams off I also hear the relays click. Occasionally I have to wait a few seconds to turn the low beams back on, but that's not nearly as big a concern (not yet at least). I've checked the ground on both headlights and they appear to be fine, so does anyone know where the problem may be?

Sounds like it's wired wrong. Did you do it like this:

Yeah, I pretty much followed that diagram, but I'm going to recheck all my steps today. Maybe I overlooked something, it just seems somewhat unlikely since the installation is so simple.
