03 Ram Bed Cover Options

I have a 03 Quad Cab 4X4 w/ the standard short bed. I'm wondering what my options are for HARD covers for the bed. I've seen a few, but prices are at least $600. I'm also interested in the combination hard cover and toolbox option. Just wondering what you guys have, if you like it, and the price. Thanks so much!
