5th gear is slipping out

when im driving some time it will slip out of 5th gear.....what would cause this

First things first, see the vfaqs (www.vfaq.com). There is one on shifter movement in 5th gear. The end nuts on the trannyshafts can loosen up. Check it out and see if thats causing your problems before looking any further into it.
