Rough Idle HELP

Car Idles very rough . Used to go away and smooth out if you turned on the headlights or put any electrical load on the engine. Now the you need a BIG electrical load on the engine. Seems the radiator fan is the only thing now that smooths out the rough idle. I already changed wires and dist. cap....any ideas would be VERY helpful...thanks.....

did u check the vaccum lines or adjust the idle screw

No, didnt touch idle screw, I dont wanna increase it because its idleing where it should. I looked over the vaccum lines I am aware of. There is no noticeable hissing or loose hoses anywhere I could find. IM GUESSING maybe a bad valve lash setting?
