2001 Tahoe wire locations

I have recently installed a remote start in my 2001 Tahoe. All is well but I would like to know where to find the wires that come from the rear window defrost switch and the driver's seat warmer switch. The remote starter has provisions for these but I can't find the location of the wires. Can they be accessed from a harness rather than getting to the back of the switches? If so, where and what colors would they be?

Well, actually both you'll need to goto the switches I think. The seat warmer you should be able to test at the connector going into the seat itself. The rear defrost is easy. You will want to make sure go to the switch on that one. See, that is set up on a latching timer relay. So, when you press that switch, you will hear another click which is that relay.
