A five-year-old monk at China's Shaolin Temple, the home of kung fu, has done 3,600 push-ups in 20 minutes.
The boy, who was sent to the famous home for monks by his father at the age of two because he was worried about his poor health, achieved the feat at a competition in Jiangsu province.
He now aims to break the world record of 10,000 push-ups in seven hours. He said it would be a "piece of cake".

So if this kid did 3,600 push ups in 20 minutes that would mean head break the record in around 1 hour.

That's if he could keep up the pace which he can't and he'll tire and slow which will take longer to reach his goal....
that's pretty crazy though

I was thinking that...but then again, a 5yr-old would have lesser distance to cover between drop and push. :dunno:

ok, 3600 pushups divided by 20 minutes =
360 in 2 minutes
180 in 1 minute
3 in 1 second
that is not possible.

3 times a second.... his arms would be moving faster than gravity could affect him. Heck, he would have to push with so much force that his body would go flying up and back. hmm..
