Problems with 91 RX7

Recently bought a 91 RX7. Runs great, low milage but the auto seatbelt doesnt work, the alarm system has a flashing light but doesnt do much else and the clock flickers. Anyone else have these problems or know where I can get an owners manual so I know what the alarm should do?

The Autoseatbelt problem is a recall from Mazda just take your car to the dealership and they will fix it for free.

Item # 29 is you print this out and take it to you Mazda dealer. They would not fix mine until I pulled this off the internet and made then fix it.
BTW - This was on my 89GTU that I used to have. :)
