installing fog lamps 03 Silverado

I purchased an 03 silverado z-71.I asked the dealer about ordering gm kit for my truck.Service dept would not install or warrant the installation due to problems of not being able to program the computer.Has anyone installed or known of such problems ? thanks Don :rolleyes:

This should not be a problem at all especially if it is factory equipment just install and program the bcm(body control modual).If they can't or won't do it I'd get my money back that they set up in the car deal go to another dealer and have it done. Good luck

can be done by dealer...GM 800 service rep does not recommend adding electrical options on vehicle that is not original !!!
