what would be a good engine swap 4 a 90 teg

I have a 90 Integra LS with a B18 A1 , I wanted to know what you guys think would be a good engine swap. Would it be better to swap the whole thing or too just change the head. Holla back , thanks

Depends on what you want to do with the car. You could just swap the head and make an Ls/Vtec setup although I will warn that it isn't simple as that. LS/VTEC setups are also known to be unreliable. Your other options are to rebuild your stock motor and turbo it. Engine swaps that would be good for that chassis are B18c, B18c5 (it you are retarded and want to waste some money), or b16a. All will take some extra work and cash.
