We cant do shit unless you type in co-herent sentances.

Try posting pics, or reading the serial numbers off the turbo.

At least youre not an SR20 ricer.

it's time for the SR bashing to stop. i know that you're not bashing the engine itself, but the fact is that it's a good engine and not everyone who wants one is automatically a ricer.

Hm...

What car did you get it off of. That may provide a clue.

dude, you've got a lot of learning to do before you turbo a naturally aspirated engine.

go to amazon.com and buy Maximum Boost by Corky Bell (i'm pretty sure thats the author's name)

yeah you definately need to read some shit before you think about turbocharging your car. The best thing to get is Maximum Boost like spitz said. If you don't feel like spending the $30 or so dollars for the book, then read this http://auto.howstuffworks.com/turbo.htm and you will get a basic idea about how turbo's work.

I'm Not Saying I Don't Know What It Does And How It Does It, What I'm Saying Is That The Turbo Has A Line That Looks Like It Goes To The Oil Then It Has A Hose On It. Then There Are Two Other Holes That If You Put A Bolt In It It Will Go Right Through To The Other One. All This Is In The Middle Of The Turbo. I Know How The Turbo Works And I Know What I'm Going To Do. I Just Need To Know Which Hole Is For What. I Know About All The Commpressor And Stuff. But I Don't Know Which Hole Is The Oil Inlet And The Oil Out Let. Please Give An Educated Guess. Thanks

Yea It's A Mitsu Turbo But I Have No Clue Which One.....the Only Numbers I See On It Is 15253 And 79-040 I Have No Clue What Turbo It Is. It Came Out Of Rav4 So That Means That I Have No Clue What Turbo It Is. Cause Rav4 Don't Come Stock With A Turbo. It Looks Kinda Like A T3 But It's Not. It's To Big To Be A T3 And It's Not A T4 Either.

The turbo you have is a Mitsubishi TD06-17C. The turbo was originally on a GMC 4.3L cyclone. It can flow 550 CFM. That means that it's similar to a standard 60-1 which flows 61 lb/min. (CFM to LB/MIN = CFM*0.111)

No prob. The numbers you posted are what I needed to figure it out.
P230 15253 is the OEM number and 49179-04000 is the Turbo Number

This is great. Now one last problem I will have because i never done this before. I need to know where i can provide the coolent from into the turbo. I know it needs to come from the radiator but how will I get this to work. I need a figure out which will be the inlet and which will be the outlet. I need to know where the outlet will hook up or what it will hook up too. Do you have any advice?
