Altezzas

Ok what do we all think about Altezza lights? Now I know they are pretty old news over in the states but here in the UK they are virtually unheard of.

Ive got my beady little eyes on a set of the black chrome versions for my civic. I reckon they look very nice and they are extremely rare here..IE, I havent ever seen black chrome altezzas here in the UK.

I general I don't really like them, I prefer stock or painted. although there are some nice altezzas. Over here they are pretty rare to, I've only seen the "normal" altezza's over here, they are rare and IMO that's a good thing. I do kinda like those carbon altezza's but I've never seen them in person.
What can I say, some like them, some don't :)

I kinda like them. Black chrome version sounds very nice and should look good on your car. Personally I went with red/clear but as long as YOU like them, get them. It is your car :)

Whatever floats your boat basically. I've been into the US scene for a long time now so I'm sick of them but there was a time when they were a bit rarer that everyone loved em. After a while, they'll become annoying, they do stand out though, not the style I'm going for personally. I'll get red/clears if at all

I was debating getting them awhile back but in the end I just tinted my ambers red - turned out well too :D

I have a set of the red/clears on my CRX, picked them up off ebay for $129 brand new. Still havent decided if I really like them or not, but they do turn heads, but dont seem to bother the cops. Actually in Ireland the cops dont seem too bothered with people having aftermarket lighting, I have projector headlights, clear indicators, clear side repeaters and the altezza's and have never been stoped.
