AF Classics version 1.0 a.k.a do you remember when?

this thread was first started in may of 2001, it's been in the grave for a while but it's so funny that i had to repost the link that was in it, it is so funny and as to seeing that it was before me and Taranaki's time, it will be new to most of you as well. this link will add "things" on to any site that you type in as long as it's not run in flash (AF is an example)
enjoy... click here for side splitting humor (http://http://pornolize.com/)
if you guys want to see what i'm talking about click here but remember no posting in it as that is against AF policy.http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=1621

Your link's bad, and I didn't want to just edit your post. Try this (http://pornolize.com/).
That's good...
...and while you guys were cracking-up about this...I was in the original PureHonda...went away for a few months when PH started to fizzle due to financial problems, to find that PH was now a part of this forum called AF...and the rest, we shall say, is history :).

i do remember saying"and back then Spec2Girl was known as FTOGirl" :p
it was one person...she is a Kiwi and a beautiful Kiwi at that...she once owned a Mitsubishi FTO, but then traded it in for a Skyline, thus the apropos name change from FTOGirl to Spec2Girl..she hasn't been on here because of her job and the It there won't let her come on this site, but she has graced our pages whenever she can...i believe that she and Moondog (for all the n00bs out there...they're married) came along when i did....maybe a little bit before..a little bit after..i'm quite foggy on the subject....and i also remember teasing her about letting me buy her Skyline off of her...(even though i can't, and i would of had a greater chance bumping into a supermodel at the local Wal-Mart, than her actually sending it over :p ) but yeah it was cool when she was around acting like the AF Matron (remember guys? :naughty: )......but hopefully someday she will be able to Moderate here again :)

Did they do you like they did the others from PH? Meaning did they give you your original PH sign-up back?
Since I came back to PH>>AF late, I got whatever I signed-up on as. I should be at Dec 2000.

im looking for a GSR :coolguy:
what happened with your civic moppie?
A honda logo.
I got T-boned going through a green light at 70kmh.
Which then turned the car 90 degree, and I went sideways into a traffic light post.
The car was about 12 inchs narrower than it should have been, everything from the A pillar back was destroyed, still havnt figured out how I walked away.
There's a thread in the Civic forum with pics somewhere, you should be able to find it with the search function.
What did you do to the RS?
Its a shame they're both gone, would have loved to swapped cars for a drive one day.

 HOLY SHIT!!!!! I gotta admit the Escort took it pretty damn nicely for 100 km/h. but damn! Kinda makes what happened to the Jetta look like a minor prang!!!! I'm guessing it wasn't insured :(
Damn what is it with the Kiwi crew and destroying cars lately???? I haven't seen what happened to Moppies car- but sounds pretty nasty either way- and now he's stuck with a lazy Honda as well! But after looking at the RS it's kinda hard to believe that a crumpled bonnet, smashed headlights, busted radiator and having the light cluster pushed back a few cm's was enough to write a car off (Mind you there were no spare headlights for a Mk2 in NZ :() spose it's good to see you guys again though
Moppie Since it seems clear enough that you were hit by a red-light runner- then that means that her insurance won't cover you right? Something to do with not checking the way is clear before moving- I heard that at defensive driving and nearly shat myself! Who the hell is moronic enough to place the blame of being hit by red light runners on the people going through the Green light??? Probably just an insurance company cop-out
