94 integra brakes on a 94 civic problem

Ok i have a 94 civic, that i justs did a b18b swap to. I have the parts car integra and its not going anywhere soon. I wanna put rear brakes on my civic(the fronts are pretty much the same) just for better braking power. I was just wondering if anyone knows exactly how much work it is and how much swapping i will need to do in detail. I just wanna know what i have to convert from civic to integra. If its just changing the hub itself or running lines or what. Im not to sure. Any info will help,Thanks Brandon
