Where to find new engine

I was wondering where i would be able to buy a engine for my car. It is a 1991 acura integra LS. Where would i be able to get a new B18 or a H22 and where could i find the parts to get it put in. which engine would you suggest is better.

well here's some opts...dunno if you're trying for JDM or USDM...though I dunno why you'd wanna go USDM when you can go JDM right?
