100' shot

would 100 shot be ok for my teg? i got i-h-e and stage3clutch & flywheel.
and when i get pistons&rods,P&P and camshafts. how much can i spray?

by the way its a 99 so low ml.

75-80 now and possibly 150-200 if the right internals are used and the work is done right and the nitrous is tuned right.
