1989 maxima keyless entry code

Where can I find the code to reset the keyless entry pad on my 1989 maxima?

I am not sure about the 89, but in my old 94 you would be able to find the reset code under the dash of the passenger side, printed on a small piece of metal way up in there. Stretch your back muscles before you try this maneuver. :bloated:

I think that they'll charge you $20 (not sure) for the programming instructions. I saw a thread on www.mycoupons.com that had prices for different models and remotes compared to the dealer.

i'm having a problem reprograming my 89 maximum's keyless entry do any of you know how to do it???
