OK i found this forum a back and i really liked it...
so got my friend to burn me a copy of PS7
and i read the two how toos...
but... i dont understand how does everyone get such solid color out of...like white.. or other really light colors...
cause when i do it..i get like a really really light color of whatever i changed itto... can anyone help?

1.select the car
2.go to image>adjustments>variations
3. you should be able to see what to do

you will get more of a solid color

then go to image>adjusments>brightness contrast

mess with that and you should get it

exactlly, change the brightness gamma and or contrast to your desired darkness or shade.

I like to use ACDSee4.0. you can easily change the hue and contrast gamma all that looks better in my eyes. but thats just my opinion

acdsee, i like that program, very good for viewing, but im gonna stick to photoshop for all my editing.

are you trying to turn a colored car into white? if so, go to edit>adjustments>desaturate and that will take out the color. now mess around with the brightness.

Actully this all started when i tried messing with the white RX-7 for the compatition... i was getting a REALLY LIGHT color of every color
so i was wondering about this
