Getting access to rear speakers and LCD

I was wondering if any out there new how to get access to the rear speaker in a Regular Cab 2003 Dodge Ram 1500? I did the front speakers no problem but i don't know where to start will the rear. How do i take off the panel?

Also has anyone put a LCD screen in a new model Dodge Ram. Was it easy, and did the ledge above the factory radio get in the way?
