The SRDET's will handle around 224kw(300hp) on standard internals, I have heard that 250kw is the upper limit. The t28 & t28 rollar bearing turbos(s14a & s15) will be reliable up to 14psi, otherwise if you go over the ceramic turbine may come aprt from the turbine shaft. If the t28 ceramic is replaced the turbo will flow well up to about 15psi. It should do 19psi quite reliablebly, but will not be very effiecient & will generate quite a bit of heat. Very strong the srdet's. If you plan on turbocharging a srde(non turbo), you must change the head gastkit, pistons(lower compression from 10:00 to 8:5:1). The srdte also runs sodium cooled exuast valves & oil jets under the pistons for additional cooling.

PS from JJ in Oz, I forgot that the fuel system Injectors pump/fule pressure regulator & computer will NEED to be replaced once you exceed 190-200 rear wheel KW. By the way in my last bit of jargon, all power quoted is at the rear wheels & not the flywheel.

Sorry about that.
