Exhaust system for 85 caprice

Ive been looking to buy an exhaust system for my 85 caprice and am having a hard time deciding what brand and whether to buy dual exhuast or not. Does anyone have any useful info on the best brand and if dual exhaust is worth it or any info at all?

Well you won't be able to find a dual exhaust system to purcahse I can tell you that much. You might find a shop to custom bend/install one for you though. Both duals can be ran down one side or you can modify your transmission crossmember to handle it down both sides.

If you car is a stock 305, duals won't really do it much good BTW. You might consider purchasing a Walker system for a 1993 9C1 Caprice. They got a bigger y-pipe, convertor and pipe to the muffler than any other single exhaust Caprice. I installed one onto my 89 w/o any problems at all.
