Need help installing header

Well i have a sohc zc and my exhaust manifold cracked and it rattles alot.I just got ahold of a 95 ex header(4-2-1) for 25 bucks.Would it fit?Also do I put my old sensor on the new header.Also what are all the stuff i have to remove do i have to remove the crossmember?

lengthen your o2 sensor wire. and mount the sensor on the header, it should be toward the end of the lower section.
take the two or three bolts (depending on your stock manifold) out from where the upper and lower sections meet, and then take the two spring loaded ones out from where the lower section meets your catalytic convertor. then theres a small bracket that holds the lower section to the block, remove that too. the lower section should be off now. then go up top and take your heat shield offa the upper section, and pull your oil dipstick. then undo all the bolts for your upper section, and pull it out of the engine bay. install in reverse order, but dont tighten any bolts until you have everything connected. then go back and torque everything down.
