I have just got a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder w/ tha piece of shit Bose system and i dont know where the amp is located? I have a whole new system ready to install i would juz like to no where the amp is and where th wires run.

not positive on 97 but in my 88 it was right behind the radio itself

Individual amps are attached to the speaker boxes. Amps and Speakers are combined in 1 unit.
