I've used them before. They can be helpful. A few friends have run them at the track and they are always within 1 tenth. The HP numbers it comes up with can be off, bu they will only be as accurate as the weight number you put in. That means you have to weigh the car, with you in it. And adjust it if someone is in the car with you. Every hundred pounds can affect it by up to 10 hp depending on the weight and power level.
