R34's no longer in compliance!?!?

well i IMed RBMotoring, and asked if they could legalize a 99 GT-R34, and i was informed that the Certificate of Compliance is Expired (motorex fault) omg :(.... Well this might have been brought up b4, sorry if it has, jus wanted to tell you, i have the im msg and i will post it now, CrystalineElf is my AIM name.....

RB Motoring: actually, the certificate of compliance for R34's has expired.

RB Motoring: so R34's at the moment can not be legalized under the DOT.

RB Motoring: and EPA can't do CA for 1996 and up.

RB Motoring: yes, we will be re-applying for that certificate, however, that process can take up to one calendar year.
CrystalineElf: omg....
RB Motoring: it took us about 7 months to be a Registered Importer.
RB Motoring: and 6.5 mos of that was "waiting".

Sooooo it went like that i didnt know, and now i am sad (lol) well i guess i can get a 96 R33 GTR now, well if this was posted b4 i am sorry, but i jus found out and had to post....t.t

that's the first i've heard of that...
sucks for people who are really trying to get one...
