98 I30 spark plugs/change

I want to change the spark plugs on my I30 and don't know which plugs to go with. I always thought NGK were the way to go but does Infinity recommend a certain kind? And how hard is it to change the plugs on this car? I suppose there are no plug wires?

I installed Bosch Platinum 4+...........runs like a scalded dog! You can tell the difference.
